Job Position-1 Manager, Business Development and Resource Mobilization
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch management, sales leadership, business development, or resource mobilization roles. Proven performance in deposit growth and market development is required.
