Job Position-Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or service industries
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
Experience managing operational staff, especially drivers, is highly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and onboarding for drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, and administrative staff
Manage driver documentation, license verification, and employee records
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination processes
Coordinate training programs on road safety, compliance, and customer service
Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits
Prepare HR reports including turnover, attendance, and training performance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and transport sector regulations
