Job Position-1 HR Administrative Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A candidate who has over 3 years’ experience in human resources in non-Governmental organizations (manufacturing companies) is preferable.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and outlook). And Proficiency in HR software
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Speaking and writing of Oromifa is preferable.

Job Position-2 Purchase Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in agriculture, animal feed, flour milling, grain trading, agro-processing, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian agricultural commodity markets and supply chains.
Strong negotiation, analytical, relationship-building, and commercial decision-making skills.
Good computer skills, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both suppliers and senior management.
