Job Position-1 Junior Procurement Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics,and related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Work Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in merchandising business company.
Job Knowledge
Knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
Understanding of vendor evaluation and documentation.
Knowledge of inventory and supply chain fundamentals.
Skills and Abilities
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
good Communication skill for English preferable

Job Position-2 Branch manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 4–6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Branch manager at marchandise Business organization.
Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and decision-making abilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian business law, and tax regulations.
Fluency in Amharic and English required; knowledge of AfaanOromoo is an advantage.
High level of integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions under pressure
Solid understanding of sales, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
Good communication skills in Amharic and English; knowledge of AfaanOromoo is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS/inventory systems).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
