Job Position-MARKETING MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, International Business, Strategic Communications, or a related discipline.
An MBA, Master’s degree, or professional accreditation (e.g., CIM, digital marketing certifications) is highly advantageous.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, growth hacking, or brand management.
A minimum of 2+ years in a managerial or lead capacity overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Industry Background: Proven track record within FinTech, Banking, Mobile Money, Telecoms, Technology/E-Commerce Platforms, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is strictly preferred.
Language Skills: Native or full professional fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
The successful candidate will be evaluated against:
User Growth: Monthly Active Users (MAU), total platform onboarded accounts, and conversion rates.
Cost Efficiency: Optimization of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Brand Sentiment: Brand awareness metrics, market penetration rates, and public perception.
Execution Agility: On-time and on-budget delivery of 2026 strategic campaign milestones.
