Required Qualification and Experience
Education :BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 3–5 years

Strong knowledge of HR operations
Ethiopian labor-law knowledge
Recruitment and interviewing skills
Payroll and attendance knowledge
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
HRIS/ERP experience
Good communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong confidentiality and integrity
