Job Position-Clinical Nurse
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor of Science in nursing, a renewed professional license from an EFDA, and more than 3 years of previous experience in recognized private and government specialized, and referral hospitals as clinicians under five OPD, Adult, MCH OPD. Or working with an NGO as the MHS team,
Desirable quality, skill and competence:
Proven capacity in addressing psychosocial needs and counseling.
Practical experience of working at Health facilities, Adult, under five, MCH OPDs is a must.
Experience in training staff and key community members, plus mentoring and building the capacity of local staff.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be respectful, kind, sensitive, and empathetic with all beneficiaries and their careers.
Excellent in the provision of health messages in Oromeffa and creative.
Accountability & responsiveness within areas of responsibility.
