Job Position-1 Social Media Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, videography, and video editing.Must provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating both high-quality video editing/camera work and successful social media campaigns/accounts.
Camera Proficiency: Deep understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and audio capture.
Editing Software: Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and photo editing (Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop).
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of what makes content go viral on TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Understanding of platform-specific aspect ratios, hooks, and pacing.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Position-2 Chemist (Soap & Detergent Specialist)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in soap and/or detergent manufacturing, formulation, or quality control.
Proven experience in conducting training, workshops, or technical instruction in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
Technical Knowledge
Thorough understanding of saponification chemistry, surfactant science, and detergent formulation principles.
Knowledge of raw material properties: fatty acids, triglycerides, alkalis (NaOH, KOH), anionic/non-ionic/cationic surfactants, builders, enzymes, optical brighteners, etc.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment: mixers, reactors, plodders, spray dryers, filling machines.
Proficiency in analytical techniques: titration, spectrophotometry, chromatography, pH measurement, viscometry.
