Job Position-Storekeeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar position
Language:Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.Ability to work responsibly and maintain proper control of company materials.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
Properly store and organize materials in the warehouse/store.
Issue materials based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Prepare stock reports when required
