Job Position-1 Finance Coordinator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance/accounting, preferably within NGOs/CSOs, humanitarian, development, or donor-funded programmes.
Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, cash and bank management, payroll, and internal controls.
Experience with donor-funded projects and donor financial compliance.
Experience supervising or coordinating finance personnel.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax, pension, payroll, and other relevant statutory requirements.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management software.
Experience using online accounting or financial management systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
Desirable
Experience working with international donors, UN agencies, INGOs, or pooled funds.
Experience in humanitarian and emergency-response programmes.
Experience with financial audits and donor audits.
Experience supporting proposal development and project budgeting.
Knowledge of NGO financial management standards and compliance requirements.
Experience working in field locations and remote operational environments.

Duty Station: Moyale District, Dawa zone, Somali Region

Job Position-2 Senior Child Protection Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Child Protection, Social Work, Sociology, Social Development, Education, Public Health, Development Studies, Disaster Risk Management or another relevant field.
Experience, Skills and Competencies
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant humanitarian experience, preferably working with refugee, IDP and host communities.
Proven experience in child protection programming and case management, including BIA/BID, family tracing, reunification, referral and follow-up.
Experience in Dollo Ado refugee response, emergency response, community-based protection and child protection systems strengthening is highly desirable.
Experience working in refugee camps, IDP settings, host communities, pastoralist communities or the Somali Region is an advantage.
Strong project management, leadership, coordination, community engagement, training and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of child safeguarding, PSEA, AAP and protection principles.
Ability to work effectively in remote and challenging humanitarian environments.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Somali is highly desirable.
