Job Position-First Line Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in relevant field.
Willingness to travel out of town for training and meetings as necessary.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results under pressure.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Creativity and analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
Market research and intelligence skills to analyze competitor activities.
Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, team player, and self-starter.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
