Job Position-Ticketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience :Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in flight ticketing or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry
.IATA certification is required.
Proficiency in Galileo/Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar GDS systems.
Good knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
Knowledge of local and international travel trends is an advantage.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
