Job Position-Junior Internal Auditor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience: 1-2 years in auditing (preferably in MFIs or banks).NBE-Specific Knowledge:Understanding of NBE Microfinance Directives, IFRS, and AML/CFT laws.
Familiarity with risk-based audit methodologies.Skills:Strong analytical and documentation skills.Proficiency in audit software (e.g., Team Mate, ACL).
Report writing and communication skills in English & Amharic.
