Job Position-1 Customer Service and Sales Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Marketing and sales Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of proven Sales Experience or Customer Service

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong execution mindset ability to deliver results, not just ideas
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to create high-quality content (graphics, short videos, social media posts)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) in Marketing or sales, Business administration, computer science, hospitality management or a related field

Conduct market research and competitor analysis
