Job Position-1 Junior Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Creative, proactive, organized, and results oriented.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Experience in events, activations, branding, social media, or promotional activities is an advantage.
Job Position-2 Key Account Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
3-5 years working experiences

Job Position-3 Quality Control Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Completed Grade 12 or have a relevant certificate in Food Processing, Food Technology, Laboratory, Quality Control, or a related field.
Previous experience in quality control in a food factory is highly preferred.
Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and basic quality control procedures.
Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality problems.
Responsible, honest, and able to work with a team.
Experience:Candidates with practical experience in a food factory, particularly in quality inspection and food safety, will be given priority.

Job Position-4 Sales Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
3-5 years experiences.
Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution channels, and market development.
Experience in customer relationship and key account management is an advantage.
Job Position-5 Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Completed Grade 12, Relevant Certificate, Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience;Practical work experience in FMCG sales is required.
Experience selling food products or other fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred.
Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market and established customer relationships will have an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
Promote and sell Patchee Foods Factory products.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, shops, and supermarkets.
Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
Take orders and follow up on deliveries.
Achieve sales targets.
Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer feedback.
Ensure product availability and proper display.
Prepare basic sales reports.
Job Position-6 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Cost management, Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP, Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems, Prepare accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, financial forecasts, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Financial Analysis & Reporting, Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Skills (desired): Fluent in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus. Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills
Work experience: 5-8 years
