Job Position-1 Financial Planning & Reporting Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Experience in a manufacturing or similar business environment is preferred.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Financial planning and budgeting.
Financial forecasting.
Management accounting and reporting.
Financial statement analysis.
Budget variance analysis.
Cash flow forecasting.
Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Cost and profitability analysis.
IFRS knowledge.
Financial controls and compliance.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Data analysis and presentation.
Job Position-2 Senior Cost Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory management, and production accounting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
