Job Position-Marketing Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in marketing management.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, advertising, integrated marketing communications, market research, and campaign management.
Demonstrated understanding of marketing’s contribution to sales, revenue growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
Proven experience managing marketing teams, budgets, agencies, and external partners.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
