Job Position-Human Resources (HR) Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field.
Master’s degree in human resource management or business administration is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or service industry is highly desirable.
Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Experience managing HR systems and organizational development initiatives.
Required Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
High ethical standards and confidentiality.
