Job Position-General Manager (GM)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders in relevant fields, including Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in industrial management or senior leadership positions.
Strong knowledge of general management, strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop and implement organizational strategies and achieve business objectives.
Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and accountability.
