Job Position-Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and people-management skills.

– Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on content.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Previous experience managing, supervising, or leading a team.
– experience in social media, digital media, content creation, videography and editing, or a related field.
– Good understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement.
– Portfolio or evidence of previous media/social media work is required.
About the Job
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Team Manager to lead, mentor, and coordinate our social media and content team. The manager will be responsible for guiding the team, maintaining content quality, ensuring productivity, and making sure the team’s work aligns with the company’s goals and brand standards. The role includes:
– Leading, supervising, and mentoring the social media and content team.
– Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and managing deadlines.
– Guiding and updating team members in content creation, social media strategy, and creative development.
– Reviewing and maintaining the quality and consistency of content.
– Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
– Coordinating content planning, production, editing, and publishing.
– Ensuring campaigns and projects are completed effectively and on time.
– Reporting team progress, challenges, and results to management.
– Creating a positive, creative, accountable, and professional team environment. – Taking overall responsibility for the development and performance of the team
