Job Position-1 Junior Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
Competencies:
Clear verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-friendly demeanor.
High eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and support team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English and Amharic

Job Position-2 Senior Sales and Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. (A Master’s Degree or professional certification is a strong advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in strategic sales, brand management, key account leadership, or commercial operations, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role within manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or heavy industrial sectors.
Competencies:
Exceptional high-level negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel analytics) and CRM platforms.
Excellent command of English and Amharic (knowledge of additional local languages is highly advantageous).

Hawassa: 1 Position
Job Position-3 Sales Officer

Excellent command of English and Amharic
