Job Position-Head of finance
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Professional certification or advanced training in accounting, auditing, financial management, IFRS, taxation, treasury or banking is strongly preferred.
Minimum 5years of progressive finance, accounting, and treasury, banking or financial-control experience in Real Estate sector, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Required Skill: – treasury, cash-flow management, financial control, accounting oversight, tax awareness, budgeting, costing, internal control, bank relationship management, margin analysis, financial reporting, risk judgment and executive advisory capability
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
Evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities and providing recommendations
Developing and implementing financial strategies for real estate investments
Managing and tracking the performance of invested assets in portfolio and new investments
Interpreting complex financial models including IRR, NPV and cash flow models
Developing budget plans for real estate projects
Working closely with senior executives on strategic deep dives to create financial models and forecasts
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards in the real estate industry
Preparing regular financial reports and analyses for management
Negotiating with financial institutions to obtain favorable mortgage rates and financing
