Job Position-Production Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
1–2 years of relevant work experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing industries.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and production operations.
Knowledge of GMP, quality control, workplace safety, and manufacturing standards is an advantage.
Strong leadership, team-management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and organize multiple production activities effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet production targets.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when operational requirements demand.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, accountability, and commitment to quality.
High level of integrity and professional work ethic.
