Job Position-Head Chef / Executive Chef
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
A Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary qualification may be considered where supported by extensive and relevant senior-level experience.
Professional Experience
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in culinary operations, with substantial experience in senior chef or executive chef positions.At least 5 years of experience in a senior position, preferably as Executive Chef, Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or equivalent.
