Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor operator-level maintenance.
Ability to understand and follow operating and safety instructions.
Safety-conscious and able to work around conveyors and heavy machinery.
Willingness to work in shifts and in a waste-processing environment

Ability to identify unsafe materials and operating conditions.

Job Position-9 RDF Production Line Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: : TVET Level II or above in a relevant technical field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Operations, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience in industrial production, machinery operation, recycling, waste processing, or a similar environment.
Experience in waste processing, recycling, RDF production, or similar operations is preferred.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and production processes.
Safety-conscious and able to work around heavy machinery.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
