Job Position-1 Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another related field.
Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC) standards.
Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
Good knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Job Position-2 Senior Procurement Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/MA in Accounting and Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 (five) years’ work experience for MA holders or 7 (seven) years’ for BA holders, preferably in a senior procurement role.
