Job Position-Junior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:: Bachelor’s Degree or MA in Accounting and Finance, or Accounting from a recognized Government University.
Academic Performance: Cumulative GPA of 2.50 and above.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance. (Note: Audit experience is an added advantage).

Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Amharic, both written and spoken.
Computer Skills:, Knowledge of Peachtree accounting Microsoft Office (particularly Excel),
Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles, financial records, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.
Professional Competence: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
Communication & Teamwork: Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with colleagues/management and collaborate within a team or independently.
Other Requirements: Professionalism, responsibility, honesty, willingness to learn, and commitment to the organization’s objectives.
