Job Position-1 Coffee Kilo Supervisor / Coffee Weighing & Store/Warehouse Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Proven practical work experience in a coffee kilo station, coffee collection center, or coffee processing operation.
Ability to accurately weigh and receive coffee according to the required documentation and prepare the necessary receiving and weighing documents.
Good knowledge of coffee receiving, weighing, storage, and processing procedures.
Experience in coffee quality control and production monitoring.
Ability to supervise employees and coordinate day-to-day kilo station operations.
Previous experience in warehouse/store management, particularly in the coffee or agricultural sector.
Knowledge of receiving, recording, storing, and issuing materials and supplies.
Experience maintaining Stock Cards, Bin Cards, and inventory records.
Ability to accurately record and control coffee production materials, washed coffee, dry coffee, and specialty coffee.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Job Position-2 Coffee Site Cashier / Site Finance Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Proven work experience in site finance, project accounting, farm accounting, or a similar role.
Experience in daily cash management, petty cash, payments, receipts, and site expense control.
Ability to accurately record, monitor, and report site expenses.
Experience handling payroll, purchasing, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and financial record-keeping skills.

Job Position-3 Coffee Industry Professional
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Proven practical experience in the coffee industry, coffee processing, or coffee production.
Practical knowledge of coffee collection, receiving, processing, drying, storage, and handling procedures.
Experience in coffee quality control and maintaining product standards.
Knowledge and practical experience in processing washed, natural, and specialty coffee.
Experience operating and monitoring coffee production and processing machinery.
Ability to record and report coffee production volumes, quality information, and operational data.
Ability to work collaboratively with Kilo Managers, Storekeepers, Site Finance personnel, and other departments.
Strong understanding of day-to-day coffee production and processing operations.
