Job Position-1 Finance And Subaward Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; a relevant professional accounting qualification or advanced degree is an advantage.
At least five years of progressively responsible finance, grants or subaward management experience with an INGO, including at least two years of direct responsibility for subaward management, partner financial monitoring or grants compliance.
Demonstrated experience across the subaward lifecycle, including partner assessment, budget review, award administration, financial monitoring, payments, modifications, compliance follow-up and close-out.
Strong understanding of institutional-donor compliance, partner financial monitoring and capacity strengthening; practical FCDO experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial, tax and statutory requirements, with solid budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow, financial-analysis and budget-versus-actual skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work effectively with accounting, financial or grants-management systems; strong organisation, documentation and prioritisation skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic, with demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial, partner and organisational information.

Job Position-2 Area Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, Political Science, Governance, Peace and Conflict Studies, Sociology, Programme Management or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least five years of progressively responsible programme-management experience with an international non-governmental organisation (INGO), including significant field-level coordination, implementation or team-management responsibility.
At least two years of supervisory or team-leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to set priorities, coach staff, manage performance and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation and coordinating government, community, partner, technical and operational actors; experience managing implementing partners is required.
Demonstrated ability to engage constructively with Ethiopian government institutions at regional and local levels; experience working in Oromia Region or comparable field contexts is an advantage.
Strong workplanning, budget-monitoring, reporting, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with sound understanding of conflict sensitivity, Do No Harm, safeguarding, community accountability and inclusive programming.
Relevant experience in borderlands, migration, trafficking, protection, governance, peacebuilding, community security, justice or law-enforcement-related programming is strongly preferred; FCDO or other major-donor experience is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic. Afaan Oromo is strongly preferred; additional Ethiopian languages relevant to programme locations are an asset.

Job Position-4 Logistics Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Management or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
At least three years of progressively responsible logistics, operations, administration or supply-chain experience with an INGO, including practical experience in fleet, assets, warehouse and office administration.
Good knowledge of logistics documentation, donor compliance, segregation of duties, accountability and value for money; FCDO or similarly regulated programme experience is an advantage.
Strong organisational and record-management skills, including accurate use of trackers and timely support to multiple operational priorities.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and ability to prepare basic operational reports.
Good written and spoken English and Amharic; additional Ethiopian languages relevant to the programme location are an advantage.
