Job Position -Senior Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Professional HR certification is desirable.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
At least 2 years in a senior role.
Experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or industrial company is highly preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labour laws and employment regulations.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop HR policies and procedures.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
