Job Position -Senior Business Development Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in business development, corporate sales, key account management, healthcare business development, or a related field.
Proven ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients or strategic partners.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining corporate or institutional relationships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic.
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Experience in healthcare, dental services, insurance, corporate healthcare programs, or related sectors will be an advantage.
