Job Position -1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, steel, construction, industrial, or related business environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax and financial regulations.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is highly desirable.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to prepare financial analysis and reports.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Preference will be give to candidates with experience working in the industrial sector.
Job Position -2 Senior HR Officer / Senior Human Resources Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, steel, construction, industrial, or large-scale business environment is highly desirable.
Practical knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, attendance, and HR administration.
Good understanding of applicable Ethiopian labor and employment requirements.
Experience in maintaining personnel records and preparing HR reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience with HRIS or other HR management software is an advantage.
Preference will be give to candidates with experience working in the industrial sector
Job Position -3 Senior Mechanic
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Relevant technical training or certification in mechanical maintenance is an advantage.
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
Previous experience in a steel, manufacturing, factory, industrial, or heavy machinery environment is highly desirable.
Strong practical knowledge of industrial mechanical systems.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
Good knowledge of mechanical tools and maintenance equipment.
Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems independently.
Preference will be give to candidates with experience working in the industrial sector
Job Position -4 Plant Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Significant professional experience in plant management, production management, or industrial operations.
Previous experience in a steel manufacturing, metal processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical and production teams.
Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, maintenance, quality, and industrial safety.
