Job Position -1 Finance & HR officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related fields.
LANGUAGE: (indicate Fluency level)
Fluent spoken and written English
Proficiency in (Somali, Affan Oromo) preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and HR roles, preferably within an NGO or similar environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., DYN) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and administrative procedures.
Experience in HR practices and staff coordination is preferred.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; capable of multitasking under pressure
Designation of Duty Station: Jigjiga, Ethiopia
Job Position -2Supply Chain & Admin Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Business Administration, Supplies Management, Management or other relevant business fields..
3 years’ experience for Diploma or above 2-year experience for BA holders
High integrity, pro-active, stable, robust character and a good team-player
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Experience in working in NGOs
Proven commitment to accountability practices.
Knowledge of computers: word processing, database management packages.

Fluent spoken and written and spoken English.
