Job Position -1 HR Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Professional HR certification is an advantage.
Work Experience:8–10 years of relevant HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR position.
Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
Experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, agriculture, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
Experience in HR budgeting, workforce analytics, and HR information systems.

Education:Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Professional certification in facilities, fleet, logistics or general services management is an advantage.
Work Experience:8–10 years of relevant experience in general services, administration, facilities, fleet or logistics management, including 3–5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory position.
Experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, agriculture or multi-site operations is an advantage.
