Job Position -1 Marketing and Sales Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a combined marketing and sales role, specifically within the food processing, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong existing network of contacts within the food industry (retail, distribution, food service) is highly desirable.
Experience with managing B2B sales cycles and key accounts.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools
Excellent understanding of food market dynamics, regulations, and consumer trends.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

Job Position -2 Trade Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field + at least 4 years of experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a related field + at least 2 years of experience
Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred
