Job Position -IT Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Previous work experience in a GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, or automotive technology company is required.
Practical experience configuring GPS tracking devices and GPS tracking platforms.
Good understanding of GPS tracking systems, GPS devices, GSM/GPRS/4G communication, and tracking platforms.
Experience configuring GPS device parameters and communication settings.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, TCP/IP, and basic networking.
Experience with web-based and cloud-based systems.
Basic knowledge of databases and data management is an advantage.
Good understanding of IT security and data protection.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
