Job Position-1 Secretary, Cashier and Receptionist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or BA/BSc in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a secretary, receptionist or cashier (1 year for BA/BSc holders), preferably in an NGO/CSO
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages are an asset
Strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills
Honesty, integrity and attention to detail, especially in handling cash
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines

Job Position-2 Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/MSc in Development Studies, Gender Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, Agriculture, Social Sciences or a related field; a BA/BSc with significant additional experience may be considered
At least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in an NGO/CSO
Proven experience managing women’s empowerment, agriculture or community development programs
Strong skills in strategic leadership, project cycle management, M&E, financial oversight and report writing
Demonstrated ability in fundraising, donor relations and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages are an asset
Job Position-3 Business Developer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Development Studies or a related field; an MA/MSc is an advantage
At least 4 years of experience in business development, fundraising or partnership building, preferably in the NGO/CSO sector
Demonstrated success in writing winning proposals and mobilizing resources
Knowledge of women’s entrepreneurship, agribusiness or value chain development is an advantage
Strong negotiation, networking and presentation skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages are an asset
General Requirements for All Positions
Commitment to AEF’s mission and to gender equality and women’s empowerment
Ability to work independently and in a team, and to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to program sites when needed

Job Position-4 Finance Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance or a related field; an MA/MSc, CPA or ACCA is an advantage
At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably in an NGO/CSO
Experience in donor-funded project accounting and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Peachtree) and MS Excel
High integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Good command of English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages are an asset
Requirement Skill
Accounting, Finance or a related field; an MA/MSc
