Job Position-Membership Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.IT Dip or certificate or short course is a plus
Experience:Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (experience in related positions is an advantage).
Experience on IT is a plus
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Plan and implement membership recruitment and growth strategies.
Engage and retain members through events, communication, and outreach.
Manage membership data, renewals, certificates, and documentation.
Support membership fee collection and reporting.
Prepare regular membership performance reports
