Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, operations management, or leadership within the service and hospitality industry
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Amharic, Afaan Oromoo (Oromic), and English (expert in speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Technical Skills: Exceptional computer literacy, mastery of IT tools, database management, and modern office productivity software.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal communication, and proven capability to manage teams under tight deadlines.
