Job Position-2 Head, Branch Offices
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:8 years and Ph. D | 10 years for Masters in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, Project Management, Management
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership position
Knowledge:
Knowledge of people aspect of Change management methodologies, approaches and models
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ethical mind-set with a commitment to transparency, integrity.
Strong grasp of democratic institutions principles;
Ability to write and speak the federal working language, the regional language and English; knowledge of additional international and local language will be an asset;
Strong knowledge and experience, human resource management, finance, procurement and logistics; processes.
Knowledge of government institutions working procedure and willingness to create a conducive work environment and to work as a member of a team;
Handles confidential and politically sensitive issues in a responsible and mature manner.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate dialogues.
