Job Position-Junior BIM & CAD Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A minimum of BSc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Technology with CGPA 3.00 and above. Graduates of 2017 E.C or 2025/2026 G.C from renowned Ethiopian higher learning institutions are encouraged to apply.
Well versed in the use of MS Office, MS Windows, the internet (for browsing and e-mails).
Excellent visualization skills.
Willing to learn and work with BIM and CAD software on structural details (formwork, reinforcement, pre-tensioning, structural steel…) with holistic and multidisciplinary projecting.
Interest in sound construction and structural detailing practices
Ability to think critically and to provide excellent quality drawings that are constructible, cost-effective, correct, concise and complete.
Other Requirement: Laptop to be used during training.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Proven experience in Autodesk Revit at school or on private projects, even at undergraduate level.
Ability to use Autodesk AutoCAD
