Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, personal grooming and a confident manner.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined and target-oriented.
Willingness to make calls, approach prospective clients professionally and actively generate leads.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Job Position -2 Social Media Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience preferred.
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting and lead generation.
Excellent writing, communication, creativity and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to interpret analytics and improve campaign performance using data.
Knowledge of TikTok and YouTube content strategies is an advantage.
Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
Organized, proactive, creative and able to meet deadlines.

Job Position -3 Hybrid Videographer & Video Editor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or degree in Film Production, Media, Photography, Multimedia or a related field is an advantage.
1–3 years of videography and video editing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.
Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, framing and audio recording.
Ability to create cinematic, polished and engaging video content.
Experience producing short-form social media videos and promotional advertisements.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management and teamwork.
Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
