Job Position -Project Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:University degree in law (LL.B) with a minimum of 5–7 years of progressive practical experience in human rights related work.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, project implementation, field administration, or related work with an NGO, CSO, or human rights organization.
Good understanding of the Ethiopian justice system, pre-trial justice, human rights, and legal aid.
Strong project coordination, communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Afaan Oromo and/or Somali is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to work as a full-time employee.
Excellent written and spoken English and Amharic.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
