Job Position -1 Plastic Production Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field or production management is an added advantage.
Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in plastic manufacturing or production operations.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge of plastic production technologies, quality assurance, production planning, and machinery maintenance.

Job Position -2 Head of Research and Development (R&D)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience and a strong record of achievement may also be considered, depending on company policy.
Work Experience:Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in steel manufacturing, engineering, industrial research, product development, or process improvement.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position is preferred.
Proven experience in leading technical projects, conducting industrial research, or implementing process improvements.
Experience in the steel industry, metal processing, or heavy manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, metallurgy, materials testing, and quality improvement.
Ability to evaluate new technologies and translate research findings into practical industrial solutions.

Job Position -3 Coffee Export Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields:
International Trade
Marketing Management
Business Administration
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Economics
Accounting and Finance
Agricultural Economics or Agribusiness
Other relevant fields.
Additional professional training in export management, international trade, or coffee quality and trading is an advantage.
Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in coffee export, international trade, export sales, or commodity trading.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience dealing with international buyers and managing export transactions.
Practical knowledge of Ethiopian coffee export procedures, customs documentation, international shipping, and export payment processes.
Experience in international market development and contract negotiation is an advantage.
