Job Position -Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 0-3 years and above; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer- handling skills.
Willingness to reside and work in the assigned sales areaHigh commitment, honest, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and meet sales KPI.
Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients, agents and potential influencers in the region.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Monitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.
Prepare daily sales activity and performance reports.
Follow up on customer orders, payments, and collections.
