Job Position-1 Senior Financial Integration Engineer — Banks & Payments
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Hands-on experience delivering bank, mobile money, or payment gateway integrations.
Strong understanding of payment lifecycles, idempotency, reconciliation, settlement, and secure authentication.
Ability to investigate transaction discrepancies and implement reliable recovery processes.
Experience with Ethiopian banking systems or mobile wallet is a strong advantage.

Job Position-2 Systems Architect / Backend Architect
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Demonstrated ownership of complex production architecture.

Experience with transaction consistency, event-driven workflows, observability, and disaster recovery.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly and translate designs into working software.

Job Position-3 Senior Backend Engineers
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Strong backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript.
Practical knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, REST APIs, queues, and AWS.
Experience managing concurrent requests, retries, duplicate events, and partial failures.
Evidence of delivering and maintaining production systems.
