Job Position-Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in managing accounting operations for multiple business units or companies is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Practical experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.Good knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and budget management.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
Additional Advantages
Experience in manufacturing, trading, import/export, or industrial businesses.
Experience with ERP-based accounting systems.Professional accounting certifications or additional qualifications.
Experience in financial reporting and internal control systems.
