Job Position-MARKETING COORDINATOR / OFFICER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of active experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, content creation, or advertising.
Experience within FinTech, Banking, Mobile Money, Telecom, Tech Startups, or Advertising Agencies is a strong advantage.
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Digital Savviness: Strong hands-on experience managing professional social media pages, community channels (especially Telegram), and digital content tools.
Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and basic video editing for social media is highly desirable.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing compelling marketing copy in both Amharic and English.
Organization & Agility: Strong multi-tasking skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
