Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience supporting donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional accounting certification is desirable.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s or bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in grants management, donor compliance, and proposal development.
Proven experience with donor-funded projects, preferably USAID-funded programs.
Strong knowledge of donor rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, report-writing, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in public health, Nursing, Social Work, or related fields.

Technical Competencies
Knowledge of HIV case management and ART adherence support.
Experience conducting household and HIV-risk assessments.
Familiarity with referral systems and community-based programming.
Excellent mentoring and supervisory skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and child protection principles.
Language
Fluency in Afaan Oromo is required.
Working knowledge of English is an advantage.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Clinical Nursing or related health fields.

Experience in HIV care and support programs, preferably community based.
Knowledge and Skills
Training in Adherence Counseling, Couple Counseling, and Community HIV Counseling and Testing.
Knowledge of HIV Differentiated Service Delivery Models.
Strong coordination and volunteer management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
