Job Position-HR and Training Officer.
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and employee training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labour law Experience coordinating training sessions, preparing annual training plans, maintaining training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Competencies required: Efficient communicator and highly organised Attention to detail and a self-starter Able to work under pressure Reliable and can meet deadlines Good team player Ability to work with minimum supervision Working with others Positive and energetic
